The entire interior of the house has been painted with the most beautiful colors.  The living room has new laminant flooring. One bathroom downstairs and one upstairs have been updated except for the tubs and owner is considering this before the selling the house.  The cabinets in the kitchen are real wood.  New tile on the floors and countertop has recently been completed. New carpet on the second floor. The storage building is wired but has no electricity running to it.
